Honours Response Form

You are completing this form because you have been nominated for a Kaharagian honour. There is no cost to receive a Kaharagian honour. Each award is confirmed by Royal Decree and accompanied by a brevet (certificate), which we will mail to you, so please enter your name and postal address exactly as they should appear.

Insignia: Insignia is ordinarily presented at an investiture ceremony. If you cannot attend, you may receive your insignia from the Sovereign’s local representative, or it can be sent to you by post/courier.
